1. Pricing

All prices displayed on our website are in New Zealand dollars (NZD) and include GST.

We reserve the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice. The price applicable to your order will be the price displayed at the time you complete your purchase.

2. Payment

4. Delivery & Shipping

New Zealand Delivery

We use Aramex and NZ Post for delivery within New Zealand:

Urban addresses: 2-3 business days after dispatch
Rural addresses: 3-5 business days after dispatch

Delivery hours: Monday to Friday, 8am–5pm

Important delivery requirements:

A signature is required for all deliveries
We recommend providing an address where someone will be available to sign
Business/office deliveries are welcome—please include the full company name and floor/level
PO Box delivery is not available
Complete and accurate addresses are required, including a contact phone number

Tracking: Once dispatched, you'll receive an email with tracking information. Track your order at:

Please note: Tracking numbers may take a few hours to become active in the system.

International Shipping

We currently do not offer international shipping. Please contact us for international shipping inquiries.

Dispatch Timeframes

Premade artworks: Dispatched within 2-3 business days
Made to order artworks: We will contact you with estimated timeframes and delivery dates

While we strive to dispatch orders as quickly as possible, we cannot guarantee specific delivery times and are not liable for delays caused by courier services or circumstances beyond our control.

5. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

We do not accept change of mind returns, exchanges, or refunds.

Damaged Artworks

If your artwork arrives damaged, we will provide a refund, repair, or replacement. Please:

Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order
Provide photographs of the damage
Return the artwork for inspection if requested

6. Gift Cards

Gift cards can be redeemed online for artwork purchases
Valid for 3 years from the date of purchase
Cannot be refunded or exchanged for cash (in part or full)
Delivered via email with a unique redemption code
For physical gift cards, please add delivery instructions in the Order Notes section at checkout

7. Order Cancellations

Customer Cancellations

Please contact us immediately if you wish to cancel your order:

Orders cancelled before processing will receive a full refund, including shipping costs
Once an order has been processed, our standard returns process applies

Our Right to Cancel

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders in the following circumstances:

Pricing errors or product detail errors on the website
Artwork is not available or in stock (we will notify you as soon as possible)
Artwork is damaged or not fit for sale
Suspected fraudulent order or payment
Unable to deliver to the provided address
No payment received or payment unsuccessful
Buyer is under 18 years without parental consent
Terms and conditions have not been complied with

If we cancel your order, you will receive a full refund including any shipping costs, and we will notify you via email.

8. Intellectual Property & Copyright

All content on this website, including artwork images, text, graphics, logos, and design elements, is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

You may:

View and browse the website for personal, non-commercial use
Share links to our website and individual artworks

You may not:

Reproduce, copy, or download artwork images for any purpose without written permission
Use our content for commercial purposes
Modify, distribute, or republish website content without authorization
Use our trademarks, logos, or branding without prior written consent

Artwork Copyright

All artworks displayed on this website remain the intellectual property of the artist. Purchasing an artwork grants you ownership of the physical piece only, not reproduction rights unless explicitly stated otherwise.

9. Limitation of Liability

Warranties

Except for warranties provided in writing, all implied warranties and representations regarding artworks and services are excluded to the extent permitted by law.

Our Liability

Our liability for defective or damaged artworks is limited to (at our discretion):

Replacing the artwork
Repairing the artwork
Refunding the purchase price

Any artworks returned must be sent at your expense (freight prepaid). We will reimburse reasonable return shipping costs for confirmed defective or damaged items.

Consumer Guarantees Act (CGA)

If you are purchasing for personal use, your rights under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act apply. If purchasing for business purposes, the CGA does not apply.

General Disclaimer

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:

Indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages
Loss of profits or business interruption
Loss of data or information
Damages arising from use of this website or linked third-party websites
Delays in delivery caused by courier services
Customs charges or import duties for international deliveries

Website Use

We cannot guarantee that files or programs available on this website are free from viruses or other harmful elements. You assume all risk when using or downloading content from this website.
