Dispatch Times

Premade artworks: Dispatched within 2-3 business days
Made to order or out of stock items: These can take 2-6 weeks depending on the artwork. We will contact you with current timelines and estimated delivery dates.

Delivery

We partner with Aramex and NZ Post for delivery throughout New Zealand. Our website currently does not provide an international shipping option but please contact us if you would like a quote to ship outside of New Zealand.

Standard delivery timeframes:

Urban addresses: 2-3 business days after dispatch
Rural addresses: 3-5 business days after dispatch

Deliveries typically occur Monday to Friday between 8am and 5pm. A signature is required upon delivery. If no one is available to sign, the courier will leave a card with collection instructions.

Important delivery details:

We're happy to deliver to business addresses—please include the complete company name and floor/level number
Unfortunately PO Box delivery is not available

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with tracking information. Please note it may take a few hours for tracking to become active. You can also check your order status and tracking details by clicking "Order Status" on your order confirmation email.
