Do you ship internationally?
We currently only ship within New Zealand. Please contact us if you would like to get an international shipping quote (hello@guestlist.gallery)

Can I cancel my order?
Please contact us immediately if you need to cancel. Once an order has been processed, it cannot be cancelled.

What if I enter the wrong shipping address?
Please contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee address changes once an order has been dispatched. You may need to contact the courier directly.

My tracking number isn't working. What should I do?
Tracking information can take a few hours to become active after dispatch. If it's still not working after 24 hours, please contact us.

What happens if I'm not home for delivery?
The courier will leave a card with instructions for collecting your parcel from a nearby depot or arranging redelivery.

I received a damaged item. What do I do?
Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We'll guide you through the claims process and arrange a refund, repair, or replacement.

Need more information on an artwork?
Please send us an email (hello@guestlist.gallery) with any questions you may have regarding our listed artworks and we will get back to you as soon as possible. 

How are artworks packaged?
We take great care to package all artworks securely with appropriate protective materials to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.

Can I pick up my order instead of having it shipped?
Please contact us to discuss local pickup options if available.
