No Change of Mind Returns

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for change of mind purchases. Please choose carefully before completing your order. If you have any question regarding measurements or specific works please contact us via email at hello@guestlist.gallery before making your purchase.

Damaged Artworks

We take great care in packaging your artwork. If your item arrives damaged:

  1. Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order
  2. We may request photos of the damage or ask you to return the artwork for inspection
  3. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we'll notify you of our decision
  4. If approved, you'll receive a refund, repair, or replacement

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days of approval. If you haven't received your refund after 10 business days, please contact your credit card company or bank as processing times may vary.
